Lead generation for architects

Find clients before they start looking for an architect.

Foveate Pursuits watches for signs a company is about to build, finds the person to talk to, and drafts a first email. You decide what gets sent.

Why timing matters

Projects start long before anyone calls an architect.

By the time a client asks around or puts out an RFP, another firm may already be in the room. The signs show up earlier, in posts and job listings.

How a new project starts, from the client's side, and where Foveate Pursuits finds it

Foveate Pursuits spots the signs here

  1. 01

    Something changes

They raise money, find a site, or hire a new leader.

  2. 02

    They start planning

They post about it and hire people to run it.

Most firms hear about it here

  1. 03

    They look for an architect

They ask around for names, or put out an RFP.

  2. 04

    They choose

A shortlist, an interview, then a winner.

How it works

From everyone who builds to the few worth an email.

Software companies call this GTM engineering: a system that finds clients, instead of doing it all by hand. This is the same idea, built for architects. The small labels are what the tech world calls each step.

How Foveate Pursuits narrows everyone who builds down to a few people worth an email
  1. Find

    List building

Companies that build what you design, and who runs their projects.

  2. Fit

    Ideal client profile

Keeps the ones that match your sector, size, and region.

  3. Timing

    Signals

Keeps the ones showing signs they may build soon.

  4. Skip

    Suppression

Leaves out clients, friends, and recent contacts.

  5. Write

    Outreach

Drafts a short first email in your voice, with why now.

  6. You

    Human in the loop

You read it, edit it, and send it yourself.

What you get

A short list, each with a reason to write.

Every lead comes with who they are, why now, and a first email. You decide who hears from you.

Frequently asked questions

What is Foveate Pursuits?
A free, open-source set of Claude Code skills that helps an architecture firm find new clients. It finds companies that build what you design, watches for signs they may build soon, checks who fits, and drafts a first email for you to send.
What is GTM engineering?
GTM stands for go-to-market: how a business finds and wins clients. GTM engineering means building that as a system that keeps running, instead of doing it all by hand. Software companies use it to find customers. Foveate Pursuits brings the same idea to architecture firms.
Will it send emails by itself?
No. It writes a draft. You read it, change it, and send it yourself. Nothing goes out unless a person says yes.
What is a signal?
A sign that a company may build soon, like a post about a new site, a new office, or a job listing for someone to run their projects. You choose what to watch for, and the toolkit keeps the real ones.
We get most of our work from referrals. Is this for us?
Yes. Referrals still matter. This adds a steady way to meet the clients who have not heard of you yet, before they start asking around.
Do we need to use Claude Code?
The skills are written for Claude Code, so running them yourself means using Claude Code. If we set it up for you, we handle that part. Does your firm have rules about AI tools? Tell us on the first call.
What about our CRM or client list?
The toolkit can check a client list so it does not write to clients or to people you wrote to lately. Linking it to your own CRM is set up for your firm, and what can be linked depends on your system.
Do we need Foveate's presentation software?
No. The toolkit works on its own. If you want to show your work to a new client, Foveate can build the presentation. It is a separate product.
