What is architecture presentation software?

Why generic presentation tools struggle with architecture

How to actually run the evaluation

- 01Rebuild a pursuit you already lost. Not a demo project. A real submission, with its real page count, its real image volume, and the fee table you actually sent. This is the only way to find out how long the second one will take, which is the number that matters.
- 02Open it on a phone. On cellular, not office wifi. A meaningful share of first opens happen on a phone, often by the most senior person in the decision group, and a proposal that takes thirty seconds to load has already spent its credibility.

- 04Export a PDF and hold it against a real RFP's formatting rules. Page limits, margin requirements, section ordering, file naming. Public submissions get rejected on these grounds independent of content, so a rough export is a real cost rather than a footnote.
- 05Ask what happens when you stop paying. Proposals are referenced years later, in disputes, in re-procurements, and in the next pursuit with the same client. Find out whether links stay live, whether content is exportable, and in what format, before that question becomes urgent.
